CBD Pumpkin Pie

- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 200mg Heritage CBD: Unflavored
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 15 oz pure pumpkin
- 12 oz evaporated milk
- 9-inch pie crust
- Whipped cream
- Preheat oven to 315
- Mix salt, pumpkin pie spice, and sugar together in a small bowl; set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, CBD oil, and vanilla.
- Slowly add pumpkin and the spice mix until fully incorporated.
- Mix in evaporated milk and whisk until smooth.
- Line pie dish with the pie crust dough.
- Carefully pour in pumpkin pie filling.
- Using the back of a fork, press the edge of the pie crust down against dish.
- Bake for approximately 75-90 minutes or until a small knife pressed into the center of pie comes out clean.
- Let cool for at least 45 minutes
